Please note: A security deposit of USD 250 will be charged upon booking. This deposit is fully refundable 48 hours after check out and is subject to damage inspection from the property.
For International guests: After securely inputting your credit card information via PayPal or bank transfer, inform your credit card provider to authorize international transactions in order for your payment to go through.
For any additional questions please contact the property owner. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Deluxe Loft Long Beach in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A security deposit of USD 250 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. 桃園馬路大變身 採廢爐渣鋪路「耐久磨」
: 每天開車騎車出門，馬路上的凹凸道路相信大家都遇過。桃園市府現在用不要爐渣來鋪路，沒想到效果意外的還不錯，除了能讓路更耐久耐磨之外，廢物利用也很環保，再加上新的馬路能結合地底新設計，把所有管線都集中成供給管讓地底變成工程區，未來不論是瓦斯管或電線，要修要換都不用再挖馬路，變得更安全平穩。
傳統的柏油馬路，時間久了容易因為車輛擠壓變形，加上施工馬路挖挖補補，一碰到大雨，就容易出現坑洞。
民眾vs.記者：「(你覺得最大的馬路殺手是什麼？)路不平，路不平很容易造成危險，每一次修理，那個就挖東挖西。」
桃園市府現在運用新技術，解決危險爛路的問題。

新道路要施工只需要吊車出動吊掛，人員就能直接爬下地底檢修。

新竹縣竹東天主堂隱身在市場攤販區，不仔細看還不容易注意到這棟具有歷史意義的建築物，已經默默陪著竹東鎮成長超過一甲子的歲月。竹東鎮民代表會主席陳昌平表示，這裡充滿了兒時的童趣記憶，更受到修女啟發影響，至今仍無比懷念。

建於民國43年的竹東天主堂，是台灣光復後第一間興建的大型教堂，由西班牙籍耶穌會神父「安輝德」所興建；灰色的建築外觀，有著哥德式尖角開窗、圓形玫瑰花格窗和高聳鐘樓，建築語彙豐富多變，木構建材均取自於竹東林場，外牆上還有仿製清朝康熙皇帝御賜牌匾「萬有真原」之字樣，頗具歷史意義與價值。

早期因竹東地區生產竹、木材、石碳、石灰石等，台灣水泥竹東廠、新竹玻璃廠、林務局竹東林場、中國石油鑽探處皆位於竹東，除本地客家人外，亦吸引了相當多的外來人口來到這，所以一群神父、修士們也到此拓展教務，並成立圖書館、英文補習班等，對地方貢獻良多。
後來因為中央市場在此處落腳，教堂逐漸被菜販、攤商包圍，想找到入口還真不容易，成了「大隱隱於市」的真實寫照。

竹東鎮民代表會主席陳昌平回憶，小時候天主堂會發麵粉、奶粉等物資，幫助了許多家庭，當時一群小朋友們也都會更為了糖果、餅乾跑到教堂去遊玩，雖然當時年紀太小未能領會教義，但有位修女總是告訴他們：「Open your heart.」要這群小毛頭敞開心靈，別受外在的限制，享受自由自在的生活，讓陳昌平學會了第一句英文，因此感受特別深刻，經常在路過天主堂時，耳邊就會迴盪起這句話。
